• Our yoga sessions are designed to be beginner friendly, no experience is required to join our sessions.

• You will not need to bring any equipment other than excitement to play with our kitties!

• We do encourage sportwear, or at least clothing that you will be comfortable doing yoga in. We don’t de-claw our kitties due to its cruelty, so we advise anyone with sensitive skin to wear long-sleeved clothing.

• We only invite kittens from rescue shelters or from registered ethical catteries across Sydney to join our yoga sessions. These catteries will be registered with ANCATS, CFA or other organisations with strict ethical breeding guidelines.

• We have strict standards and requirements for which kittens are eligible for kitty yoga to ensure that kitty welfare always comes first.

Yes, from time to time our kitties might still be looking for their forever homes!

We will let you know ahead of class if there are any kitties available, and you can treat the session like a meet and greet!

Adoption fee will vary depending on whether the kitty is from a rescue shelter or cattery.

• We deep clean and sanitise our yoga studios to ensure that our kitties can play without having to worry about falling sick.

• Our routine includes mopping floors with veterinary grade disinfectant (F10), hoovering, and wiping surfaces with antibacterial sprays.

• We clean our spaces before and after each class, from floors, to yoga mats to toys.

• We kindly ask participants to sanitise their hands upon entry to the studio, and to not disturb our kittens if they need rest or a time out.

• Yes! Children aged 8 and over can join the fun, as long as they're accompanied by an adult. Each participant, adult and child will need their own ticket.

• To keep things safe and peaceful for our kitties (and our yogis!), we ask that all children are calm, gentle, and mindful during the session. If things get a little too energetic, we may kindly ask for a short break outside the studio to reset.

• Due to the unpredictability kitty availability, we never really know what breeds will be joining us.

• We can guarantee that they will be super cuddly and very cute!
